Our Fed Gov Client is seeking a skilled **Project and Change Communications Specialist** to work in the Aerospace division.

The Project and Change Communications Specialist will design, develop, and implement communication and engagement plans for a strategic transformation program focused on improving business processes and digitization in support services teams.

This role requires providing expert advice on change communication and engagement within the project team to ensure consistent and coordinated project communications.

The Specialist will work closely with our client's Communications team to align all communications and messaging across the Change Portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic communication and engagement plans for a change program.
- Use structured methodologies for communication and engagement in support of the change program.
- Write, edit, and distribute communication materials across various mediums.
- Provide expert advice on consistent messaging for organizational programs and change projects.
- Develop communication processes for informing and engaging audiences on business initiatives.
- Procure services for designing communication materials.
- Manage internal group communications activities aligned with business narrative.
- Ensure communication approach aligns with corporate communications strategy.
- Build effective relationships across the business for coordination of engagement activities.
- Work with internal experts for program initiatives delivery.
- Define, manage, and monitor objectives for communication and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and business units for high engagement levels.
- Partner with Program Change Lead.
- Demonstrate safety behaviors in line with enterprise strategies.
- Support consultation on safety-related statutory regulatory duties and obligations.

**Essential**:

- Provide advice and direction on project communication and engagement strategies
- Achieve corporate initiatives and align with corporate plan
- Develop high quality project communications
- Ensure all project communications requirements are met
- Influence and drive change through effective communication
- Design and deliver high quality communications using various mediums
- Build and maintain effective working relationships
- Manage and influence key relationships for business outcomes
- Communicate persuasively with key stakeholders
- Maintain effective working relationships with leadership
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline.

**Eligibility**:

- Australian Citizens

**Work From Home Policy**:

- Hybrid

**Rate**:

- Up to $136,866 + super 14%
