This diverse consumer services organisation, has a workforce of over 1200 employees, across a diverse range of products and services. The people and capability team has a strong internal reputation for understanding business needs and partnering to achieve results. An opportunity is now available for an experienced **HR Business Partner **to join the wider HR team**,** to deliver seamless customer experience to enable business performance.

Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Business Partnering, you will provide advice and support across all people practices including organisation design, employee relations, performance management, talent and learning and development. Proactively identifying opportunities by working closely with key executives and leaders, your focus will be to enhance people capacity to improve and sustain business performance. Adding value through workforce planning, capability and talent reviews, as well as general advice on HR related matters, you will be the go-to person for your business unit for all things people and performance.

A degree qualified HR professional, your proven consulting and stakeholder management skills will be second to none, further raising the profile and credibility of the HR team. Bringing broad HR generalist experience, you will have a strong understanding of employment related legislation and contemporary HR practices.
