What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives
  • Deliver tailored HR solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Lead and support change management, org design, and workforce planning
  • Coach and support leaders on performance, engagement and development
  • Collaborate with specialists in P&C, Finance, Comms and IT to deliver end-to-end HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industrial relations frameworks
  • Contribute to national and global P&C programs and projects
  • Provide advice on complex employee relations matters
  • Champion company values and a high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a senior HR Advisor or P&C Business Partner
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, complex environments (defence or similar ideal)
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and industrial relations
  • Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day delivery
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday (desirable)

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field or demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Australian citizenship
