**About Drakes**

- To assist with the day to day operations and more store growth, the HR team is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner.

**What will keep You busy**
- This HR Partner role works within the large HR team, sharing the volume of work with 2 other partners and a wider HR team of 8. You will work with all levels of the business through delivering best practice HR advice and service to leaders in South Australia. This is a permanent full time role with the opportunity to work with a high performing and fun team.
- In this role you will be responsible for:

- Supporting leaders on day to day operational matters delivering a high standard of service by being responsible, reliable and ensuring a solutions focused approach
- Assist with managing IR and ER ensuring appropriate and fair outcomes across all required processes
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Assisting and supporting with employee training and development
- Driving implementation of HR strategic objectives across the business

**What You need to bring to the role**

To be successful in this role you will possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present information to a diverse range of groups and stakeholders. You will be a strong people person, who builds positive relationships with a can do attitude and a hands on approach. You will be supportive, encouraging and resilient and demonstrate a strong ability to influence stakeholders for positive outcomes. You will also possess the following:

- 3-5 years in a HR Advisor or Partner role
- HR qualifications, Diploma or higher
- Experience independently leading formal IR discussions and achieving positive outcomes
- Experience contributing to operational goals and performance
- Experience in setting up processes, systems and driving improvements
- Experience driving proactive HR practices
