**Introduction**:
CVTS (Conduent Victoria Ticketing Services) has won the opportunity to deliver the next generation of myki ticketing services to the travelling public of Victoria. The Deployment and Stakeholder Team inside CVTS is responsible for delivering new myki hardware and software into each of the Victorian Public Transport Business.

As such, we seek a dynamic and experienced Transition Lead/BA to join our team and lead the planning and management of a large-scale hardware and technology roll-out program into Metro Rail, Metro Tram, Metro Bus and Regional Rail and Coach. This is an exciting and challenging Delivery Strategy and Planning role.

As our Transition Lead/BA, you will play a pivotal role in planning the seamless integration of new hardware and technology solutions into the Public Transport Operator Business. This role requires a strategic thinker and detailed planner with strong project management, technology implementation, and change management experience.

The role reports to the Deployment and Stakeholder Manager and delivers intelligence to the Deployment Managers and supporting change managers for each Operator Business to implement. You will be required to work internally with other team leads, such as the Customer Experience Manager, Solution Delivery Manager as well as within your own team, the Deployment and Stakeholder Team.

Externally you will be required to work with the Department of Transport and Planning as a key stakeholder. You will drive all aspects of transition planning, including trials and pilots for the new myki ticketing solution and sequencing of the roll out of new hardware and software for the travelling public of Victoria

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive transition plan for the hardware and technology roll-out program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the transition strategy with overall business objectives.
- ** Project Management**:

- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective project execution.
- ** Change Management**:

- Work with the Deployment Managers to inform change management strategies to facilitate the smooth transition for Public Transport Operator Staff
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address resistance to change.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and successes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential risks associated with the transition process.
- Develop mitigation plans to address identified risks and ensure mínimal disruption.
- ** Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the transition process.
- Develop post-implementation reports and conduct lessons learned sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in managing large-scale hardware and technology roll-out programs.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent use of Office tools for presentations and reports and detailed plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Ability to navigate and lead through ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
