The IT Service Transition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust transition plan to ensure a smooth migration from legacy systems to the new CMS. This role requires establishing and maintaining a robust CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous delivery and iteration. Additionally, the manager will design and implement a comprehensive IT service management framework, including incident, problem, and change management. To maintain operational excellence, the manager will ensure adherence to security standards and compliance regulations, monitor and optimize system performance, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Furthermore, the role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in IT service transition management, particularly in cloud-based environments.
- Experience in a Service Delivery Management
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
