The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is looking for a Project Officer to join our team

**About the role**:
The objective of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority’s Health Policy Prevention & Supervision team is to ensure people in the NSW personal injury schemes have optimal experiences, recovery, and health outcomes.

The role will involve analysis, monitoring, reporting, and supervision of healthcare services provided to people injured at work or in a motor vehicle accident.

**About you**:

- strong experience in driving project coordination, control and delivery
- research, analysis, decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- experience in report writing for various audiences
- strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- a flexible attitude and an ability to manage competing priorities
- knowledge and understanding of legislation and guidelines relevant to SIRA’s personal injury compensation schemes (preferred)
- a background in a health or science related discipline (preferred)
- experience with health-related datasets (preferred)
