At Vision Lighting, you'll be at the heart of the action, working in a modern Somersby office with parking out front and a coffee shop just around the corner.

This is a role where your organisational skills and experience managing orders and deliveries keep projects on track and running smoothly.

You'll be onsite full-time, working alongside the team and staying close to every project, every schedule, and every delivery that matters.

The role: As Project Coordinator, you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

One part problem solver, one part organiser, and one part customer champion.

You'll be on the phones and email helping customers, double-checking orders and measurements so nothing goes astray, and working closely with suppliers to schedule and track deliveries.

Your focus will be making sure products arrive on time and projects stay on track.

It's perfect for someone who thrives on detail, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in seeing a project run without a hitch.

What you'll bring: If you've worked in supply chain, scheduling deliveries, or coordinating stock and suppliers (think plumbing, electrical, kitchens, construction, or commercial fit-outs), you'll find the skills transfer beautifully here.

Customer service or admin experience will also help you hit the ground running.

Most importantly, you're reliable, approachable, and enjoy being the steady pair of hands that customers and colleagues can count on.
