**Description**:
**Purpose of Position**: The Marketing Manager is responsible for brand and product marketing across v2’s two direct-to-consumer ready meals - Macros and Soulara.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for a Senior Brand Manager ready to step into a broader marketing role with full brand ownership. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, enjoys working on challenger brands that do things differently, and genuinely wants to see their ideas come to life. At v2, great ideas don’t get buried in layers of hierarchy - if it’s clever and customer-focused, we’ll test it, learn from it, and move fast. You’ll be empowered to actually make things happen.
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Brand owner for Macros and Soulara, leading annual brand planning and ensuring all consumer-facing activity aligns with brand strategy and vision
- Deliver impactful ATL campaigns in collaboration with campaign lead to drive brand awareness and support key product and brand initiatives
- Champion consumer insights across the business, ensuring market research is leveraged to drive informed business decisions
- Lead product strategy including innovation planning, NPD launches, and transformational packaging projects
- Identify and explore product growth opportunities, including new formats, consumption occasions, and third-party supplier partnerships
- Lead product-related marketing communications, partnering with campaign, creative, content, and website teams to deliver cohesive messaging
- Collaborate with customer experience and web teams to deliver a best-in-class online experience across websites and digital platforms
- Ensure compliance with ACCC guidelines and the Food Code across all marketing and product communications
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, website, campaign, creative, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution

What We Are Looking For.
As the demands at v2food change often in this dynamic environment, we’re looking for someone that first and foremost is highly adaptable and brings a tremendous amount of energy to the team.
Some specifics that we’d also like for you to bring to this opportunity include:

- 5-8 years’ experience in brand or product marketing, ideally in food, beverage, or other FMCG
- Proven track record in brand strategy, NPD, and product marketing campaigns
- Experience in launching new brands or rebranding projects is a plus
- Experience working for an eCommerce business / DTC business model also a plus
- Understanding of ACCC guidelines and food industry compliance
- Strong understating of digital marketing best practices
- Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Passion for insights led, consumer-centric marketing
