**About the Role**

Working on behalf of a well-known transport and logistics brand which builds unique, innovative, and tailored transport and logistics solutions across an unrivalled and expansive network throughout Australia and New Zealand, you will be a part of their journey as they enter into a new and exciting chapter.

**Key Details**
- Hybrid working model post training and nesting.
- Paid Training.
- Multiple Full Time positions are available.
- Enjoy rotating rosters Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm No weekends
- You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance.
- Australian Based Role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances.
- Efficiently process back-office tasks.
- Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers.
- Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Continuously strive for performance improvement through consistent and effective work practices**.**
