**About you**

Tango Energy is looking for passionate, talented, and highly motivated sales professionals to join our sales team. Reporting to our Customer Sales Team Lead, the Customer Sales Consultants will be responsible for managing sales enquiries from residential and Small and mid-size enterprises, assisting with inbound customer enquiries for electricity and gas sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This position is a permanent full-time position available, located in the Geelong office at the Federal Mills Complex in Geelong North with the flexibility to work some time from home.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Assist our inbound customer enquiries for electricity and gas sales
- Support and guide our potential residential and business customers sign up for Tango Energy plans
- Promote our renewable products and plans
- Retention of customers wanting to transfer out
- Assist existing customers to ensure they are on the best energy plan

**What we need from you**
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A ‘can do’ attitude and driven to achieve results and targets (with a secret desire to be number 1)
- An ability to understand customer needs and provide compelling solutions
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Be a team player with a creative mindset who loves a challenge
- Enjoy and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
