Our well-established, family-owned business, with over 60 years of experience in the industry, is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Flooring and Window Furnishings Sale Consultant.

In addition to our extensive range of carpets, timber, vinyl, and laminate flooring options, we also offer a range of blinds, sheers, and shutters. While experience in any of these fields is advantageous, it is not essential. We are dedicated to providing training to ensure your success in this role.

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant who possesses the following competencies:

Salesmanship: Excellent sales skills and genuinely enjoy the process of understanding customers' preferences, needs, and budgets. Your ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide tailored recommendations will ensure customer satisfaction.

Adaptability: Comfortable transitioning between serving customers with varying requirements. Whether it be for high-end wool carpet or helping someone find a cost-effective offcut.

Planning and problem-solving: A proactive approach to ensure smooth sales processes and enable you to provide effective solutions to customer challenges.

Digitally proficient: Familiar with cloud-based software and digital tools.

In addition to the above competencies, we are seeking a candidate with the following traits:

Ability to connect with customers quickly.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Desire to learn and improve.

Interpersonal skills.

The regular hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm, and Saturdays 9am-12pm.
