**About you**

Tango Energy/Pacific Hydro is looking for a passionate **Customer Service Consultants** to join our Customer Solutions team. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day customer enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and aiming for first-call resolution. We will provide all the necessary training and support to excel in the role and at Tango.

This is a **full-time** position, located in the Federal Mills Complex in **Geelong North**. Flexibility to work from home some of the time.

**The Role**
- Active contributor to the team, suggesting and implementing ways to improve the customer experience.
- Effectively manage complaints through investigations and resolution to continuously improve outcomes and processes.
