We are looking for a passionate **Customer Service Consultant** to join our Customer Solutions team. Reporting to the Customer Solutions Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing day to day customer enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and aiming for first call resolution. We will provide all the necessary training and support to excel in the role and at Tango.

This is a **full-time** position, located in the Federal Mills Complex in **Geelong North**.

**The Role**
- Active contributor to the team, suggesting and implementing ways to improve the customer experience.
- Effectively manage complaints through investigations and resolution to continuously improve outcomes and processes
