**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Network Assurance Analyst to join our customer operations team in a full-time permanent position. This role will be supporting the customer operations team through driving the Network Assurance framework to ensure compliance, maximise revenue and reduce costs.

Reporting to the Network Assurance Manager, you will primarily validate and analyse billing, metering, and network data to a high degree of accuracy, in a robust and efficient manner.

**Duties**:

- Use the Network Assurance tools and systems to provide governance for revenue and cost assurance
- Optimize existing controls to maximize opportunities
- Work toward pre-determined deadlines to ensure reconciliation of network and metering charges to regulated terms and conditions
- Continually review existing processes and systems to drive proactive revenue and system optimisation
- Document all processes in Promapp and continually review to update and enhance
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with software vendors, network and metering operators to ensure expectations are met

**Skills and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, economics, mathematics, or other relevant numeric discipline
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Highly developed ability to work in a team environment and effectively prioritise workload
- Experience in the technical and commercial aspects of electricity, gas, and metering is desirable
