The Technical Analyst will play a key role in supporting and optimising ERP systems, and is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving transaction errors, while driving continuous improvements and ensuring accuracy in business-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support ERP processes across inventory, and warehouse operations.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related incidents, including managing the Jira ticket queue.
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure stock and transactional data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve stock movement and integration discrepancies between warehouse, POS, and ERP systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for ERP-related queries from warehouse and store operations.
  • Support testing, UAT coordination, and deployment of fixes or enhancements.
  • Provide regular reporting on system performance, errors, and resolutions.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability uplift.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong ERP knowledge with emphasis on inventory processes.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Minimum 5-7+' experience as a Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience with ERP inventory processes in retail or warehouse environments.
  • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills (SQL desirable).
  • Proven experience triaging and troubleshooting ERP/system issues.
  • Experience in FMCG or retail sector. - Highly Desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision. - Highly Desirable
