Nike Operations Analyst

Due to the continuous success and growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity to join our **Support Office** team in **Brighton VIC** as our **NIKE Store Operation Analyst.**

**Retail Prodigy Group** currently holds the master retail franchise for **Nike **stores across Australia and New Zealand and is the Lead Retail Operations Partner for the **Samsung **Experience Stores across Australia.

With a current portfolio of 50 stores we are a team of talented and passionate retailers, committed to setting a new benchmark in retail.

**The role**:
This role will see you making a significant contribution to the Operations of our stores by working collaboratively with the regional store management team to drive great in store execution. The role will allow you to improve Customer Experience through consistent and effective process, strong planning and appropriate resourcing.

You will have a strong understanding of store needs as well as ability to analyse performance to identify opportunity. The combination of these skills, together with store visitation and communication across the support office, will have you adding value and achieving benchmark performance.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Working cross functionally to ensure we are delivering Ultimate Customer Experience through great execution of Store Operations, Stockroom and Visual Merchandising
- Ensuring our store wage spend is aligned with customer traffic data, maximising sales peaks as well as identifying investment opportunity in growth stores
- Identification of inventory opportunities based upon unique store layout, location and customer trends and driving change with Merchandise team
- Ensuring logistics flow in store is appropriate, timely and resourced accordingly
- Spending time in store identifying best practice as well as process improvement that will increase operational execution and Customer Experience
- Coordinating the Store Sales budgeting process, and identification of Key Performance Indicators to achieve targets
- Reviewing communication from Support to Stores to ensure effectiveness and adherence to agreed service levels
- Coordinating timely store Repairs and Maintenance and within budget
- Conducting store performance analysis, and provide insight to Nike General Manager that will improve performance
