**The Role**

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, customer focused EXO Systems Analyst to join their team, either on a part-time or full-time basis.

With an organisation that continues to expand in revenue, geography and capability year after year, there is an appreciation for the development of the back-office function and the investment in improving their solutions, efficiencies, and processes.

Reporting directly into the Head of IT, this role is an exciting chance to prove your expertise and knowledge in a recognised organisation. As the EXO Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

- Assist with post implementation configuration and implementation of internal systems both in store and in-house
- Delivering customer focused solutions
- Analyse post implementation errors and faults
- Business Analysis of Post-Implementation Review
- Report writing
- Provide on-site support as required
- Deliver training modules as set out in relevant training guides

**Your Profile**

You have demonstrated analysis experience, with keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

Your high-level interpersonal skills will assist you in building strong, lasting professional relationships in this role. You are a team focused individual who thrives in working in a collaborative environment and are looking for the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills obtained from previous roles into an exciting career with a first-class employer.
- 2 years' minimum experience
- Experience with implementing & supporting MYOB EXO essential
- Experience with SQL scripts and queries
- Experience delivering training and support to a wide range of stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of relevant ICT platform systems
- Clear communication skills
