**Tech Lead-Salesforce (46330)**:

**About the role**:
As a Salesforce technical lead, you will lead and grow a high performing team of developers within the salesforce platform and be accountable for building, delivering and maintaining platform technical developments and enhancements.
This role is both a hands-on technical role as well as a people leadership role.

**About you and your skills**:

- Experience designing Salesforce solutions with an understanding of how Salesforce fits into the overall architectural landscape.
- Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git, Azure.
- Experience working across multi cloud environments; Service, Experience (Portals), Marketing, B2B
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce development (Apex Coding, Visual Force, LWC) with knowledge of Best Practice and understanding of Coding Standards, Deployments and Integrations
- Minimum 5 yrs. Experience with Salesforce Platform and hands-on Salesforce experience, with evidence of exceptional ability to lead the team
- Experience in defining, detailing, and scoping the technical requirements into Salesforce solution architecture
