**Your day to day will consist of...**
- Develop, prioritise, and deploy reusable AI assets such as training datasets, enriched data, synthetic attributes, and test datasets to enable the rapid and secure implementation of AI solutions in real-time environments
- Automate the real-time assessment of AI models to maintain high performance and accuracy, especially in dynamic scenarios involving customer interactions and instant data processing
- Oversee the management and optimisation of cloud-based models, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding sensitive customer data
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Data, and Architecture teams to ensure seamless integration of AI assets into existing systems, supporting secure, efficient data flows and low-latency operations
- Continuously monitor and optimise the performance and scalability of AI models, aligning outcomes with business objectives while maintaining rigorous data security and privacy standards
- Design and manage APIs and data flows to enable seamless, real-time communication between systems and models, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- Proven experience in industries such as telecommunications or sectors managing sensitive customer data, with a strong understanding of data privacy and AI governance regulations
- Expertise in cloud brokerage, multi-cloud management, and cost optimisation, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions
- Advanced proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, regulated environments, ensuring compliance while driving innovation and value
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) highly regarded
