**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Stratco's Gepps Cross Home Improvement Store are looking for a motivated, professional and experienced Customer Service Team Member to join their team. The role will ensure that customers are serviced efficiently and effectively whilst picking up their purchased products.

**This is a full-time opportunity working day shift (including some weekends).**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and service customers, ensuring that orders are ready for Pick up.
- Efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer
- Load customer vehicles according to the safety guidelines
- General housekeeping duties
- Move stock and finished goods around the facility safely
- Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
- Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs.
- Good communicator, both written and verbal.
- Competency with computer systems for the purpose of data entry and analysis.
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment within a team or at times individually.
- High risk forklift license is desirable, but not essential.
