**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Due to an increased demand, Stratco's Gepps Cross Home Improvement Store are looking for two motivated, professional and experienced Customer Service Team Members to join their team. The role will ensure that customers are serviced efficiently and effectively whilst picking up their purchased products.

**This is a full-time opportunity working day shift (including some weekends).**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and service customers, ensuring that orders are ready for Pick up.
- Efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer
- Load customer vehicles according to the safety guidelines
- General housekeeping duties
- Move stock and finished goods around the facility safely
- Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
- Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs.
- Good communicator, both written and verbal.
- Competency with computer systems for the purpose of data entry and analysis.
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment within a team or at times individually.
- High risk forklift license is desirable, but not essential.
