**About the Client**
Our client is a leading residential construction group in Australia. They manage the entire process of land acquisition, administration, and construction to deliver a seamless solution, allowing their Sales Teams to solely focus on advising and selling to their clients. Our client is a fast-growing business, and they are looking for a Building Coordinator with the right attitude and ambition to grow professionally and support the business expansion.

**The Role**
Our client is seeking a Building Coordinator who will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Construction. The primary responsibility of the role is to oversee all contract administrative aspects throughout the project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to successful project completion and handover.

The Building Coordinator should possess the skill to handle multiple administrative tasks while demonstrating excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities. The ability to achieve targets within a fast-paced work environment with a high-performance culture is crucial. The job is in Parramatta CBD, New South Wales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively managing customer expectations by providing regular updates on the progress of their home construction.
- Monitoring and overseeing the progression of contracts from issuance to execution.
- Engaging and collaborating with Sales, Administration, Estimating, and Construction teams to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Facilitating a smooth transition of the project from Sales Acceptance to pre-site activities, construction, settlement, and maintenance phases.
- Facilitating discussions and coordinating drafting changes with clients and draftspersons

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency in handling Building Documentation, including HIA Contracts, Variations, Building Permits, and Workflow Administration
- Familiarity with MS Office products and the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, research, and data analytical skill
- Having a solid understanding of the building and construction process is beneficial.
- Displaying enthusiasm for new home building and design
- Being highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and diverse activities.
- Demonstrating the capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience with database systems is advantageous.
