**About the Company**
This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying up to $52 - $60 p/h + Super. This role is located in Parramatta/WFH flexibility.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator who will be responsible to deliver complex and strategic projects to enable the Department’s workforce to reach its full potential. The team also provides increased governance and oversight into projects run by relevant business units.

**_Key accountabilities include:_**
- Assist in the development of templates, and guidance, to assist with the rollout.
- Design and build Microsoft Project for the Web and Microsoft Project Online architecture and custom fields for a directorate-wide project management solution. E.g., creating custom templates, building custom team views, building the department portfolio views, and incorporating risk and issue reporting.
- Develop quick reference guides, processes and procedure documents and training for users and administrators of the system.

**About You**
- Extensive Microsoft Project Online AND Microsoft Project for the Web
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Gov experience preferred but not required
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Work in a collaborative team environment
