**Our Client**

Our client is a fast-growing project-home builder that is uniquely partnered with a property investment company. A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Co-Ordinator to join this expanding team in a fundamental role providing high level administrative assistance

**Duties**

Working closely with the General Manager of Construction you will be responsible for all Contract administration facets of project delivery, starting with client engagement up until project completion and successful handover. Specific duties will include:

- Proactively manage customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building process
- Engage and collaborate with Sales, Administration, Estimating and Construction teams to ensure timeframes are met
- Transition the job from Sales Acceptance through to pre-site, construction, settlement, and maintenance
- Discussing and arranging drafting changes with clients / draftspersons
- Maintain database integrity

**Specific requirements**
- Experience with Building Documentation such as HIA Contracts, Variations, Building Permits & Workflow administration
- Problem solving, research and data analytical skills
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process is advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for new home building and design
