**Responsibilities**:

- Assist NDIS participants in implementing their plans and coordinating services
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with NDIS standards
- Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and service providers
- Promote our services and generate interest in support coordination

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in Allied Health or Disability Services
- Knowledge of the NDIS and the disability sector
