Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Parramatta, NSW
About the Role
The Project Coordinator will assist in the utilisation of a multiskilled in-house field workforce as well as subcontractors to achieve the successful delivery of all managed projects. This will be done through working in a consultative manner with other delivery stakeholders and support staff.
You will be required to follow-up/validate workorder completions, employee timesheets and formulate costs of works completed for billings to client for previous days.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for booking additional contractor resources to assist scheduled works such as traffic management.
The Project Coordinator will assist the delivery team in a local and regional capacity to undertake the planning and delivery of projects or parts of projects under contract for clients, ensuring that time, scope, costs, safety and quality objectives are met.
The Coordinator will proactively stay ahead of potential issues (eg. Delivery dates, Material shortages, resource constraints) whilst monitoring the productivity of the workforce.
