**About the role**:
As our Café Manager, you will be the driving force behind our front-of-house & back of house team. You will be a hands-on leader, committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every customer. This is a full-time role that includes managing staff, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the café.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A natural leader with strong hospitality and **barista experience** (both are essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent **communication** and **customer service** skills
- Someone who thrives in a **fast-paced environment** and brings energy to the team
- A team player who is also confident making decisions and leading from the front
- Any baking experience would be ideal or someone who enjoys cooking or light baking.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Leading and mentoring a passionate team of both front of house and back of the house.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and control costs to meet budget goals.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety, in line with all health regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as handling cash, managing payments, and producing operational reports.
- Manage day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Managing stock, ordering, and minimising wastage
- Overseeing quality control and food presentation
- Creating and managing staff rosters & schedules
- Maintaining smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen
- Making top-quality coffee and working the register
- Setting up attractive product displays
- Keeping service areas clean, tidy, and welcoming

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
