**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for families and children.
- Manage peak hours efficiently, particularly on weekends.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Support general cafe operations, including food preparation and handling.
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Interact with children and families in a friendly, patient, and professional manner.

**Working Hours**:

- Must be available to work weekends.
- Flexible schedule during weekdays, working 3-4 days per week.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Availability on weekends and a flexible schedule on weekdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
- A passion for coffee-making and delivering excellent customer service.
- Patient, approachable, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
