**Your role**:

- Full time, permanent position.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm
- Schedule and arrange appointments for our team; keeping things running smoothly.
- Set up service agreements, conduct risk assessments and manage waitlists.
- Keep our database up to date and help with documentation.
- Work closely with our regional managers and supervisors to coordinate bookings for new starters.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting the people who need us most.
