ABOUT YOU:
You take pride in both the quality of our coffee, food and customer service to ensure together with our team we provide our customers with an outstanding experience.

You will have experience working in managing or supervising role of a Cafe in all facets of the business.

Proven Barista skills is essential.

Must be able to work the coffee machine, have experience in high volume coffee sales and problem solving with machine and equipment involved.

You will be enthusiastic, well presented, and hard working with an energetic personality, posses a passion for working with a small teams and lead by example.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
Train and ensure your fellow supervisors and staff are self manageable and are working to company standards. Enforce where needed and police company policies.

You must be super energetic,

have a bubbly personality,

have a can-do attitude and show initiative at every opportunity in running the businesses.

Operate and understand POS system and Merchant Facility.

MUST:
Must have excellent operation and knowledge of espresso machines and coffee service. Have a sound knowledge of coffee, retail merchandising, food and general hospitality industry practises.

Will be responsible of maintaining labour costs and roster scheduling. Be responsible of the stores COGS budgets and ensure that the business is operating to its full potential for profitability.

The mission is to promote the wellbeing of people and to cater to people with a healthy lifestyle or simply those who seek a funky hang out. We provide an avenue to support healthy choices and sustainable practices.

The Shack Cafes are a organic and wholefoods cafe supporting a holistic lifestyle.

Almost everything served is made from scratch to ensure freshness and quality.

The Shacks menu is diverse, comprised largely of contemporary Australian cuisine and Mediterranean inspired flavors.

Items range from freshly made wraps, juices and smoothies, salads, sandwiches, wholesome grain dishes, poultry and fresh seafood to a variety of vegan, gluten free, raw and organic cakes.

The broad menu aims to provide organic options for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike.

We accomodate to customers who crave a relaxed and funky atmosphere and world class service, the public do not need to look else where.

HOW:
We are willing to assist out of region applicants looking to relocate with the transition and relocation to the area.

Salary

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
