We are currently looking for a fully qualified and experienced Fleet Allocator to join our company for an immediate start

**Your Responsibilities**:
Ø Schedule next day deliveries into loads and routes.

Ø Allocate all loads and routes to available Independent Contractors and notify them of same.

Ø Responsible for permanently placed fleet vehicles.

Ø Control and monitor the daily and weekly revenue results.

Ø Compile all relevant required paperwork from previous day and key in required data.

Ø Ensure the data completion of all loads from previous day.

Ø Ensure fleet maintenance and service schedules are adhered to.

Ø Communicate all/any delivery/pickup issues with Contractual Clients and other customers.

Ø Immediately report any incidents accidents or non-conformance to ORCA.

Ø Ensure any and all issues are dealt with immediately and a solution found as they arise.

Ø Complete all KPI reports (financial and productivity) when and as required.

Ø After hours contact for major clients.

Ø Execute the daily load and route plan.

Ø Direct the Independent Contractors in their execution of the daily load and route plan.

Ø Ensure permanently placed fleet vehicles are on site.

Ø Abide by the predetermined daily load quantities for Independent Contractors.

Ø Ensure the data completion of all loads ‘live’ in FMS and PC Despatch.

Ø Ensure any and all issues are dealt with immediately and a solution found as they arise.

Ø Control and monitor the daily and weekly revenue plan.

Ø Compile all relevant required paperwork from previous day and ensure data is entered.

Ø Communicate all/any delivery/pickup issues with Contractual Clients and other customers.

Ø Immediately report any incidents accidents or non-conformance to Management.

Ø After hours contact for end of day unfinished routes.

Ø Assist in all areas in your work environment.

Ø Participate in regular Company and Independent Contractor meetings.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
