Savino Del Bene is one of the top global logistics companies. With a network of offices in 60 countries and over 6,000 employees across the five continents, the company manages air, sea, and land transport services all over the globe.  Based near Blacktown in our brand-new luxurious offices, our team is currently looking for a Senior Transport Allocator.  This is a full time permanent role (on site).  The hours are: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Your New Role

  • Pre-plan transport to meet client's requests
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Allocating work to company fleet and contractors
  • Organise daily pick up and deliveries from FCL, LCL, Airfreight
  • Knowledge of Customs, Quarantine (AQIS), 77G and fumigation procedures preferred
  • Validate carrier charges before posting for payment
  • Managing company Fleets

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience with a global freight forwarding company
  • Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience with EDI-Cargo Wise (port transport module) preferred
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and in a team environment
