**Responsibilities**:

- Service Delivery management
- Raising work orders, assigning and scheduling technicians, liaising with Customers.
- Ensuring completed works are closed off and invoiced in a timely manner (pricing and invoicing of all completed jobs)
- Ensuring all maintenance is completed within budget and all associated paperwork is collated and provided to stakeholders
- Managing Works in progress, providing updates to customers and team
- Providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers
- Manage customer issue escalations and ensure actioned and close out
- Raising and issuing of Purchase orders (ordering parts etc).
- Providing support to all internal stakeholders - i.e Service Team Managers, Branch Managers, Technicians, Service Delivery Team Leader
- Technician/Apprentice onboarding
- Supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable teams with invoice queries

**What we look for**:

- Experience in a high volume, KPI/Target driven, fast paced customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communicator across all forms of communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of experience in MS Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Someone that enjoys working as part of a high performing team, but can also work independently
- Experience with SMX, Salesforce, SAP preferred but not essential.
- Proactive problem solving - identifying and resolving issues and business improvement ideas.
