Job Summary:
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Delivery Team. This includes; responding to enquiries, documenting of processes and maintaining records for the Service Delivery team, daily reporting, coordinating team schedules, quality review and distribution of customer communications and identifying and proposing process improvements to improve overall business efficiency. Through these efforts, this role helps to improve the competitive position of Cubic’s businesses through technology and people enabled processes.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of administrative duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, guidelines and objectives
- Assist in resolving administrative issues and problems, and make referrals to appropriate staff as needed
- Create and Maintain the Service Delivery processes and instructions in line with global process guidelines
- Maintain, format and prepare records for the Service Delivery team such as meeting minutes, reports, presentations registers and customer communications
- Perform daily, monthly and weekly reporting on the Service Delivery team activities
- Follow up on and expedite pending documents and information
- Coordinate the team’s schedules including internal and external meetings, to ensure activities are in line with project, engineering and services schedules
- Perform quality reviews on incidents, problems and changes to drive continuous improvement
- Proofread and edit Route Cause Analysis, Post Implementation Rreviews and other customer communication to ensure accuracy
- Identify options for potential process improvements and assess them for both technical and business suitability
- Respond to requests and enquiries, and provide readily available information to authorised requestors

General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Comply with security in accordance with established policies and procedures of the organisations
- Comply with Cubic Human Resources Procedures
- Other duties as requested

Minimum Job Requirements:
**Qualifications**:
Desirable
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience

Skills/Experience/Knowledge

Essential
- Experience performing administrative duties
- Experience working with service level agreements (SLAs)
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office package, especially with the use of Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent listening skills

Desirable
- Experience in a customer service or operations environment
- Experience with process development

- Very detailed and process oriented
- Display professionalism at all times when interfacing with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt communication styles to the audience
- Able to work under project deadlines and associated schedule constraints
- Able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to other Cubic offices and nominated customer locations as required
