**Canvas Home Interiors**
Canvas Home Interiors specialises in property styling, interior styling, and e-styling, we provide a professional end to end design service to improve the aesthetic appeal of properties with our own range of designer furniture, artwork and accessories. We are also a leading home interior retail store based in locations across Sydney: Broadway, Chatswood and Alexandria. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
**The Role**
The role will include but not limited to:
- Collecting and analysing data from projects and reporting on their outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of projects, contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Support the project team in managing variations, claims, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments in accordance with contract terms.
- Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Organise and track project deliverables to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Prepare and update project schedules and timelines, adjusting as necessary for changes and delays.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new project team members.
- Ensure all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with finance teams to support budget forecasting and financial planning.
- Compile and analyse feedback from project stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Manager Director and project stakeholders to ensure project completion.
**The Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, develop solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in Shopify, Canva, Excel, and Photoshop is required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
