
Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule a large portfolio of electrical jobs, ensuring efficient and timely technician deployment
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, panel builders, and contractors, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Manage technician workflows and oversee contractors to keep projects running smoothly
- Order materials for jobs and maintain office supplies for uninterrupted operations
- Maintain accurate weekly timesheets and oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Handle insurance make safe claims and coordinate activities with relevant parties
- Manage and provide direction to a remote admin staff member who handles job data entry
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in administration (trade industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech savvy with experience in **Xero** and **Simpro** preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team of technicians and contractors
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and follows through on tasks
