**The Role**

The key purpose of the Product / Marketing Administrator is to provide general support to the Marketing and Sales teams daily, digital activities, product submissions and general administration. This is a hands-on role that will suit a passionate marketing graduate or marketing generalist that possessing both a creative eye and analytical mindset.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in similar internal Customer Service / Marketing Assistant roles
- Hospitality experience is an advantage and will give you more of an understanding of this position and our company within the industry
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and well in a team
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attentive to detail
- Strong English communication skills in both writing and speaking - you will need to share a lot of information, both within the team and external customers
- Project management skills - you have to be super organised and be able to handle more than one project at a time
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate to advanced excel skills is an advantage) but also know your way around marketing and social media platforms
- Time management - able to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
- E-Commerce understanding with Shopify experience a bonus
- Someone who wants to be part of something fun - work hard and laugh a lot

**Tasks & Responsibilities (Marketing)**
- Product image management of internal and external drives
- Market research for trends and product direction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Assist with sales team requirements
- Assist other team members if required
- Updating product sheets, flyers and websites
- Maintaining our marketing drive and partner portal
- Be completely up to date with social media practices
- Brainstorming new content and social media concepts
- Trade Shows / Events
- Showroom displays and signage for each of our showrooms across the country Product
- Maintain and update product information on our in house software
- Assist in the updating of online assets (product information, images)
- Provide general information and product submissions to the sales and marketing team
- Data gathering from suppliers (images, marketing initiatives etc)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Assist with sales team requirements
- Assist other team members if required
- Online filing and general administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
