As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Event Sales Consultant** to join our team in an **Account Manager-style role**, managing client relationships and driving event bookings from enquiry through to execution.

The Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of events. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the hire process and helping to create seamless, memorable experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotes and tailored proposals for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and planners
- Liaise with internal operations and warehouse teams to coordinate bookings
- Attend occasional client meetings and site visits
- Oversee bookings from enquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring a high standard of service
- Maintain accurate records and booking details in CRM and quoting systems
- Work towards individual and team sales targets

About You
- Proven experience in **event hire, event sales, or account management**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple bookings at once
- Comfortable using CRM or quoting software (experience with Current RMS is a plus)
- Understanding of the events industry, with a passion for design and client experience
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required during peak periods

Pay: $65,000.00 - $8,000,000.00 per year
