As our **Accounts Payable Officer,** you’ll have the opportunity to grow your finance career within a dynamic, ASX-listed multinational company and be part of a high-performing, passionate, and experienced team.

This full-time hybrid role includes **two days per week at our Sydney office** in Leichhardt - complete with an on-site barista to keep you fueled.

To be eligible, you must be located **within commuting distance of Sydney**and have **full working rights in Australia.**

**What you’ll be doing**:
In this role, you’ll be a key player in managing **accounts payable operations**across our global business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- ** Processing accounts payable** for all company expenses, including those from our **international offices**.
- Ensuring **accurate coding** of expenses and products in line with our **internal guidelines**.
- **Preparing weekly vendor payments**, while maintaining comprehensive **audit documentation**.
- **Creating and maintaining vendor records and** independently verifying vendor details.
- Assisting with the **collection of documentation** for audit requests.
- Maintaining **up-to-date process notes** and **system descriptions**.
- Providing **ad hoc support** to the **wider finance team** as needed.

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- Prior experience in **accounts payable processing**.
- The ability to work with** a high level of autonomy,**solving problems and troubleshooting with mínimal guidance.
- A strong **desire to learn and develop** within a finance role.
- Excellent **communication skills** and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- **“**A finisher” attitude**and the tenacity to get things done right the first time.
- **Attention to detail,**with an emphasis on **accuracy and timeliness.**

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel**.
- Experience working with **NetSuite, Stampli, or WebExpenses**.
- Prior work experience in the **accounting field.**
