The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end account's payable function, including the management of complex disbursement processes and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to both onshore and offshore team members (7 FTE offshore).
  • Ensure reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive change.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail—you'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy across high-volume, complex transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience working in complex accounts payable environments, ideally within healthcare or large, multi-entity organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead offshore teams, driving performance and maintaining high standards across geographies.
  • 5+ years' experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
