**About the Role**
- Support strategy to achieve short-medium term business goals to drive revenue and profit
- Contribute to firm wide strategy projects and the overall direction of the business
- Manage customer satisfaction and over-deliver and give customers an experience that they will remember
- Discuss high-level decisions about policy and strategy with Leadership Team
- Play an active role in the training and development of other staff and their careers

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role - minimum 5 years’ experience
- High level leadership and relationship building skills
- Strong operational and service management skills
- Proven analytical, organisational, and planning skills
- Experience in client sales, customer service, negotiation
- Strong financial skills including budgeting, cost management, P&L analysis
- Experience in developing and executing business sales and growth strategies
