**The Role**

Acting as the information hub between customers, production and logistics, you’ll handle inquiries, create and update orders, and keep deliveries on track. Clear KPIs, hands-on training and a supportive multicultural team will help you succeed and progress.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Create and maintain orders** in FileMaker, updating delivery instructions and changes.
- **Coordinate internally** with schedulers, production planners and dispatch to meet delivery commitments.
- **Resolve issues** such as delays, shortages or quality concerns, and keep customers informed.
- **Manage relationships** by conducting regular check-ins with key accounts and gathering feedback.
- **Prepare reports** on service performance, supporting cost and KPI reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English _and_ Mandarin
- 2+ years experience in customer service area or steel reinforcement industry
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with logistics systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools (WeChat

Work, File Maker)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills

**Key Performance Indicators**
- 50% of 48-hour trucks confirmed by 9 AM, 100% by 11 AM
- 50% of 72-hour trucks confirmed by 10 AM, 100% by 12 PM
- Wecom requests responded to within 30 minutes of confirmation
- Accurate reporting and delivery adjustment for delays
- Balanced AM/PM truck allocation
- Quarterly transport cost assessments
