**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Condell Park, NSW. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound sales inquiries, order processing, and customer support. If you have a passion for helping customers, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience in battery or stored energy products, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing** - Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and invoices in the system
- **Customer Service** - Assist customers with product selection, warranties, and general support to ensure an excellent experience.
- **Stock & Delivery Coordination** - Work with the warehouse team to track stock levels and coordinate deliveries.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling** - Identify opportunities to recommend additional or alternative products based on customer needs.
- **Account Management Support** - Maintain relationships with key clients and support the external sales team.
- **Problem-Solving** - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Customer Service Experience** - Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the **battery, energy storage, or automotive industry**.
- **Excellent Communication Skills** - A friendly and professional phone manner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Attention to Detail** - Ability to accurately process orders and maintain customer records.
- **Team Player** - Works well with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and technical support.
- **Technical Aptitude** - A basic understanding of batteries, stored energy solutions, or willingness to learn.
- **Computer Skills** - Experience with CRM systems, order processing software, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
