Master Scheduler required for IT projects for 12 months in State Gov agency. WFH Hybrid role.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced master scheduler to join a government agency based in Burwood. This role will be for 12 months with potential for extension.

**Your new role**

***:

- You will develop and maintain a fully integrated project schedule
- Mentor the team on scheduling and project management practices
- Identify slippage and recommend opportunities to recover
- Observe, identify and monitor project dependencies with focus upon the critical path
- Work with the Program and business leadership team to identify and assign resources and perform capacity planning / levelling
- Manage and report schedule progress and issues

**What you'll need to succeed**

***:

- Government experience or large enterprise environments is preferable
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience on IT projects is highly advantageous
