I am seeking a Master Scheduler for a 12 month project to work for one of Australia’s leading integrated resort companies.

We are seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team on a 12 month Maximum-Term Contract. Working as part of the Transformation Office team, this role is responsible for overall scheduling and tracking of the integrated program. You will work closely with the project managers to ensure continual work across the Transformation Program, and the effective use of resources to meet agreed milestones and deadlines.

Within this role you will formulate & develop advanced scheduling methodology that gives continual workflow for the overall work projects. Ensuring the Master Schedule for the integrated program is maintained and aligned with best practices for program scheduling, you will Identify and implement planning and scheduling improvement initiatives. You will prepare standardised project status reports and assists in validating and tracking project delivery activities.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Extensive experience in a complex Project Planning, Scheduling and Reporting positions working on large complex programs, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- A well-developed understanding of contemporary PM methodologies coupled with proven understanding of Project Controls, Scheduling and Risk Management.
- Proficient in Enterprise Project Scheduling Tools and Applications and able to make recommendations on tool selection for the program.
- Exceptional communication skills, being highly organised and motivated and comfortable dealing with Project Managers with high levels of interaction and working with tight timelines.
- Exceptional reporting and analytical skills using the Microsoft Office suite with good attention to detail.
