This role offers flexible work arrangements and can be performed from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Canberra.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Master Scheduler on large-scale technology or network transformation programs.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Project, including multi-stream scheduling and reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, registers, and formal communications.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • NV1 Security Clearance preferred (Baseline may be considered).

Why Join FinXL?
  • Contribute to a major national network transformation program across 1,200+ sites.
  • Work at the forefront of cloud, SD-WAN, and secure network delivery.
