**About the role**:
The Community Relations team is responsible for the marketing, communications, events, research and media/PR aligned activities of Warrigal’s services to all community stakeholders.
As a vital part of the team you will primarily be responsible for facilitating and coordinating research and other projects that are closely aligned to business activities and will add value to the services Warrigal delivers. You will participate and lead research activities from initial analysis to design, and analysis of recommendations.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in appropriate field (marketing, communications, public relations, research)
- Demonstrated research and policy development skills, knowledge and experience
- Good communication skills, especially the ability to write clearly and succinctly for a variety of purposes (including briefings, reports, communiqués, media releases and online communication)
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to interact professionally and confidently with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to determine work priorities, work quickly to meet strict deadlines and to work under mínimal supervision
- Highly developed computer literacy, including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of issues surrounding our customers and the ability to show empathy
- Current NSW drivers license
