**About the role**:
Representing Warrigal’s front door, the Customer Relations team is integral to supporting prospective customers to enter services with Warrigal.
You will provide leadership, direction and coordination of staff within the Customer Relations Team to maximise revenue opportunities, working with services to achieve organisational and individual customer relations KPI’s. This role delivers operational & strategic input into customer engagement, as well as improving the customer experience and transitional journey from a customer service perspective.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Relevant business qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a customer relations, sales based or similar role
- Excellent written & verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with older people
- Customer centric with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to deliver Key Performance Indicators linked to occupancy, conversion rates, time, revenue/s and internal and external customer service survey feedback.
- Experience using computerised revenue, debtors and funding systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer software (including Microsoft office) with an understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Proven experience in managing and delivering strategic projects including developing project plans and reporting frameworks within agreed timeframes.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Act 1997 and NSW Retirement Villages Act 1999, Regulations (as it applies to negotiations and eligibility) in order to carry out responsibilities.
- Work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Current NSW driver’s license
