**The opportunity | Here's how you’ll do that as an Employee Relations Manager**
The Employee Relations Manager will play a vital role in shaping our approach to employee and industrial relations while ensuring we maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
This role involves managing key employee relations activities, including addressing grievances, negotiating enterprise agreements, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
You will provide expert advice to managers and support fair, timely resolutions to workplace concerns.
You will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive remuneration framework, ensuring our compensation packages are fair, competitive, and aligned with Warrigal’s Strategic Plan. By contributing to this critical area, you’ll help us attract and retain the best talent.

**The requirements**
**Essential**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High level of experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or compensation management.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and frameworks, including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with managers and resolve employee relations issues.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Current NSW driver’s licence and willingness to travel to other Warrigal locations as required.
**Desirable**:
- Familiarity with the aged care industry.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
